It's starting to look like a photograph. But still needs work. I used the blur tool with a huge fat brush to go over all the background. This took care of all those speckles and muddy looking trees.

Last, I used Filter > Sharpen > Unsharp Mask. I set if for 150 percent with the threshold set for 0 (default). I also burned the edges a little.
